浙江电网区外来电状况浅析

Analysis on Power from Outside of Zhejiang Power Grid

浙江作为一个能源资源稀缺的省份,长期以来从华东电网和其他省份大量外购电力以满足省内用电需求。分析了浙江区外来电的现状以及"十二五"期间浙江外购电力的规划情况,从经济性、安全性等方面论证了加大区外受电的迫切性与必要性。

Zhejiang as an energy-scarce province, has been purchasing largy amounts of electricity from the East China Power Grid and other provinces for a long time, to meet the demand for electricity in Zhejiang province. The paper analyzes status quo of power from outside of Zhejiang power grid and planning of power purchased from outside during the Twelfth Five-year Plan. It demonstrates urgency and necessity of increasing power receiving from outside in terms of economical efficiency and safety.
