摘要
为进一步挖掘火电机组节能减排潜力,保障机组安全稳定高效运行,完成常规DCS控制方式难以实现的复杂优化控制功能,浙江省电力公司电力科学研究院自主研究与开发了TOP(电站热工优化控制平台)。采用上位在线建模、下位实时控制、底层多元接口的数据分级管理与实时交互架构,以及递进式层级安全控制理念,实现了先进控制算法和节能优化技术的应用、积累与模块化开发,并利用上、下位系统高级算法站的在线调用与实时交互技术,实现了复杂优化控制算法的实时运算与闭环运行。
To further exert the potential of energy conservation and emission reduction of thermal power plants, safeguard the generating unit's safe, stable and efficient operation, complete the complex optimized control function impracticable for the conventional DCS control system, Z (P) EPC Electric Power Research Institute has studied and independently developed the power plant thermal optimized-control platform (TOP), which adopts classified administration of on-line modeling in the upper part, real-time control in the lower part and multiple interfaces at the bottom and real-time interactive framework, having !mplemented the appli- cation and accumulation of advanced control algorithm and energy conservation optimization technology, as well as modularization development; furthermore, it utilizes on-line transfer and real-time interaction of ad- vanced algorithm station of the upper and lower system, having implemented real-time calculation and closed- loop operation of complex optimization control algorithm.
