摘要
为贯彻落实《全国林地保护利用规划纲要(2010—2020年)》精神,新疆生产建设兵团对今后10年兵团林地保护与利用作出了战略部署。兵团要实现到2020年林地保有量、森林保有量及森林覆盖率等各项指标的稳步增长,必须认清林地保护与利用的现状,将林业发展列入保护与发展并重的良好轨道,通过实施一系列针对兵团实际情况的具体措施,才能顺利实现这一目标。
In order to carry out the requirements of （（The Planning Outline of Protection and Utilization of Forest Land （2010--2020）））, the Xinjiang production and construction corps has made strategic deployment of pro- tection and utilization of forest land for the next 10 years. To achive the goal of steady growth of forestland ten- ure, forest tenure and the forest coverage rate and other indicators at 2020, the corps should aware of the cur- rent situation of protection and utilization of forest land in Xinjiang, get forestry development on the right track that reconcile the protection and development. The only way to aehieve this goal is to carry out series of specific measures according to the actual situation of the corps.
