废钻井液固化剂的筛选实验

摘要 针对目前许多废钻井液固化剂产品达不到降低污染物浓度的要求,而效果较好的产品价格昂贵,处理成本高,难以推广使用的问题,选取了9种固化剂进行固化实验,通过针入度测定仪、固化效果比对,参考相应市场价格,筛选出经济效益较高的固化剂,为同行业开展固化处理提供参考和借鉴。 At present,most of the waste drilling fluid curing agents on the market cannot reach the requirements of reducing the pollutant concentration.Meanwhile,for the products with good effects,the prices and processing costs are high and it is hard for them to be popularized.In light of the fact,nine kinds of curing agents were selected to conduct solidification experiments.Based on the experiments,the curing agent with high economic effectiveness was screened out through the use of penetration tester,comparison of solidification effects and a reference to the corresponding market prices.The research can be regarded as a reference for solidification process in oil industry in the future.
