河南省文化改革发展试验区建设中非物质文化遗产资源的保护与开发

The Protection and Development of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Construction of Experimental Area of Henan Cultural Reform and Development

河南提出建设"文化改革发展试验区",至今已有4年的时间,先后有10个试验区入围。在这些试验区中,非物质文化遗产资源大多扮演着重要角色,成为试验区建设中的重要资源和依托。因此,在试验区建设中如何保护,特别是如何利用这些资源,成为一个重要课题。目前10个试验区基本运转良好,在对非物质文化遗产资源保护与开发上做了许多工作,但也存在一些问题,这些问题值得我们就试验区非物质文化遗产资源的保护与开发做出严谨的思考。

Henan Province has been started building ＂experimental area of Henan cultural reform and development＂ since 2008, and in four years, there have been 10 experimental areas finalists. In these areas, the resources of the intangible cultural heritage play the important roles, and become important sources and support in the construction of the experimental areas. Therefore, how to protect and use these resources has become an important topic. At present, the operations of the 10 areas work smoothly, but there are also some problems, which deserve us make thinking on the intangible cultural heritage protection and development in those areas.
