摘要 某厂万能轨梁轧机生产线有五架次轧机,BD2轧机轧辊的单重大。轧辊的下轧辊的3孔的孔型磨损严重,其原因是该孔型压下量大,轧辊孔型的冷却状况不理想,由于孔型在轧制过程中得不到及时的冷却,孔型加快了磨损。对轧辊的冷却水管进行创新性的改进,减缓了下轧辊3孔孔型轧槽的磨损,在线磨孔型次数和磨孔时间减少,增加了孔型的过钢量,由于孔型磨损导致的铁皮压入现象明显降低。 There is a five-rack rolling mill in a production line of universal beam-and-rail mill in a certain plant. The substance of Roll of BD2 is huge. Three-hole pass of lower roller of the roller is seriously worn. Innovative improvement of roller coolant water pipes slows down the wear of three-hole pass chute of the lower roller, reducing on-line abrasive pass times and time of abrasive hole, increasing the passing amount of pass and decreasing the pressed algam, which is caused by pass wear.
