中国与葡语国家关系刍议

A Preliminary Study on Relationship between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries

中国与葡语国家关系源远流长,历史悠久。近年来,双方在互惠共赢的基础上建立了战略合作甚或战略伙伴关系。经贸合作前景广阔,但也存在着经贸发展不平衡、潜力有待挖掘,增进外交互信等问题。基于各方良好的合作潜力及建立"中葡论坛"合作机制的事实,笔者提出了充分强化中葡各方的互补诉求,积极运用澳门平台促进各方发展的建议。并思考了若干优化澳门平台的方法。最后,阐明了发展良好的中国与葡语国家关系对于中国构建和谐内外环境,提升大国地位,储备"1+N"机制的外交经验以及推动葡语各国的发展都具有重要的战略意义。

There is a long history in the relationship between China and Portuguese-speaking countries.In recent years,both sides set up the relations of strategic cooperation and even strategic partnership based on mutual benefit.Though the economic and trade cooperation has broad prospects,there is still the disequilibrium in the economic and trade development given the potential to be minded and the mutual trust to be enhanced.Taking account of the good cooperative potentiality between China and Portuguese-speaking countries and the establishment of cooperation mechanism,＂The Sino-Portuguese？Forum＂ the paper suggests that it is important to fully strengthen all the complementary appeals respectively,take Macao actively as a platform to promote the development of both,and think out ways to optimize the platform of Macao.It is strategically significant to develop the decent relationship between China and Portuguese-speaking countries,to benefit China to build harmonious internal and external circumstances,to upgrade China＇s international status,to reserve diplomatic experience of ＂1＋N＂ mechanism and to promote the development of Portuguese-speaking countries.
