摘要
对80名女高级知识分子进行3个月的实验研究,前后测定相关指标并横、纵向比较,结果显示:收缩压、舒张压、心率呈同步下降,每搏输出量增大,与对照组比较差异显著;肺活量、血红蛋白、红细胞数量较实验前明显增多且横纵向比较存在极显著性;心输出量、最大摄氧量有升高但无统计学意义.说明新《大众锻炼标准》(第三套)能提高女高级知识分子有氧适能水平,对增强体质、预防心血管和呼吸系统疾病、提高氧供血能力、延缓衰老具有重要的作用.
This paper selects 80 female senior intellectuals as the object of study participated in exercise of "the new national standard of mass aerobics exercise" in 3 months. Determined the related indexes before and after the experiment. The results showed that: the exercise made systolic pressure, pulse pressure and heart rate decreased synchronously; stroke volume increased significantly compared with the control group; vital capacity, hemoglobin and red cell volume increased, compared with the control group there were significant differences. After the experiment than before the experiment VO2m,x increased, there were not significance. The third set of mass aerobics on aerobic fitness of college female senior intellectuals has advanced effect, the exercise of the third set of mass aerobics exercise long make college women intellectuals enhanced physique, diseased prevention of cardiovascular and respiratory, improved oxygen supply capacity, delay aging.
