摘要
研究以十二烷基二羟乙基甲基溴化铵(DBMAC)作为PP抗静电剂,当DBMAC添加量为PP的0.5wt%时,制品加工成型7 d后,制品表面电阻率最低可降至2.88×1012Ω.抗静电耐久性良好,且几乎不受洗涤影响.制品对环境湿度依赖性小,环境温度升高,材料表面电阻率逐渐降低.利用X射线衍射和DSC分析了共混材料结晶行为.结果表明:DBMAC的加入没有改变PP晶型,但降低了PP的结晶度.通过TG分析,DBMAC削弱了PP的热稳定性,使PP各特征温度均向低温方向移动.且DBMAC在4种塑料中的抗静电优劣顺序为PP>PE>PS>ABS.
DBMAC was used in PP as antistatic agent. The results demonstrated that when 0. 5wt% of DBMAC was added into PP. The surface resistivity of blend decreased to 2. 88 × 10^12Ω 7 days later, and it had good an- tistatic durability and launderability. OMDAB antistatic agent had little relation to relative humidity. It could give full scope to antistatic property even at low humidity. The surface resistivity of blend decreased with the temperature increasing. Crystallization behavior was explored by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scan- ning calorimetry (DSC). DBMAC did not change crystal structure of PP but reduced crystallinity. The thermo- gravimetric analysis (TG) further showed that DBMAC weakened the thermal stability of PP, It made the char- acteristic temperature of PP move toward low temperature. The antistatic property of DBMAC in the four plastics was appraised according to the following order : PP 〉 PE 〉 PS 〉 ABS.
