摘要
建立了利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定木蝴蝶中木蝴蝶苷A和木蝴蝶苷B的定量分析法:采用COSMOSIL-C18-MS-Ⅱ(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以V(甲醇)∶V(ρ(磷酸)=0.2%)=4∶6为流动相进行洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长278nm,柱温25.0℃.结果表明:木蝴蝶苷A的线性范围为0.050~2.0μg(r2=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.14%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.07%;木蝴蝶苷B的线性范围为0.050~2.0μg(r2=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.41%,RSD为2.26%.
An HPLC method was used for the determination of Oroxin A and Oroxin B in Oroxylum indicum(L.) Vent.A COSMOSIL-C18-MS-Ⅱ(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was adopted.The mobile phase consisted of V(methanol)∶V(φ(phosphoric acid water)=0.2%)=4∶6,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The wavelength of VWD detector was set at 278 nm and the column temperature was 25.0 ℃.The linear range of Oroxin A was 0.05—2.0 μg(r2=0.999 9),and the mean recovery was 101.14%(RSD=1.07%,n=6);the linear range of Oroxin B was 0.050—2.0 μg(r2=0.999 9),and the mean recovery was 100.41%(RSD=2.26%,n=6).
