摘要
基于Ansys/LS-DYNA软件,模拟储油罐燃烧爆炸后冲击波的变化及分布特征,研究储油罐基础的动力响应.结果表明:仅考虑重力效应的环墙基础的应力状态与计入爆炸冲击的动力分析结果不同,差异明显.动力最大竖向压应力是静力值的30倍,最大竖向拉应力是静力值的54倍;环墙的最大压应力小于混凝土抗压强度;爆炸荷载作用下环墙的环向拉应力超过混凝土抗拉强度,结合环墙上点的环向位移可推断环墙竖向开裂,此与环墙基础的灾后调查相符.
ANSYS/LSDYNA softwares were used to simulate the changing law and distribution characteristics of shock wave at time after the explosion of the oil storage tank. The results showed that there was a big difference on the stress of ring wall foundation when only considered the static analysis under gravity and dynamic analysis of explosion. In terms of vertical stress, the maximum compressive stress under the action of dynamic effect was 30 times as much as the static effect,and the maximum tensile stress was 54 times of the static effect; the maximum of compressive stress which all parts of ring wall bearing was smaller than the compressive strength of reinforced concrete in the wall; hoop tensile stress of every part excee ded the tensile strength of concrete. According to the hoop displacements of points on the ring wall, we ob tained that there would emerge vertical cracks on the wall, which was in agreement with surveyed results of engipering.
