Based on the basic theory of elasticity, this paper, in two ways, presents the derivation of analyti cal formucal of stress and displacement for surrounding rock and lining of the supporting structure system of circular tunnel in axisymmetric condition, analyzes the difference between the two formula, and gives the right one at last.
