近代中国教育变革场域下保守观念与开放政策的博弈——《清末学校教育政策研究》评介

摘要 清末学校教育政策在面临西方列强侵略挑战的压力下,围绕着近代教育的改革走向而不断制定、推行并加以督导与评估。就其内容而言,既有对传统选士教育政策的吸纳而具有保守性,更具有受西方教育的冲击而带有开放性,废科举、兴学校、厘定教育宗旨、改革教育行政机构等教育政策的建立及实施,成为清末教育的一种导向与早期现代化的努力。李占萍博士的著作具有教育史专业学术方法新视野及内容结构突破、超越的价值。 Faced with the challenging pressure of Western powers' aggression, school education policies in late Qing Dynasty were formulated, implemented, monitored and evaluated frequently to keep track of the modern education reform. In terms of its policy contents, they are, on the one hand, conservative, for they absorbed the traditional talents- selecting education policy, but on the other hand, they are open due to the impact of the western education. The establishment and implementation of the education policy of abolishing imperial examination, running schools, determining education aims, reforming education administrative institutions became an education orientation in late Qing Dynasty and the efforts of early modemization. The works by Dr. Li Zhanping history and a valuable breakthrough in both content and structure. has a new perspective in academic method of education
