关于新建本科院校普通话培训与测试调查报告

Investigation Report on Mandarin Training and Test in Newly-established Colleges and Universities

通过调查问卷、开座谈会等形式围绕"新建本科院校普通话培训与测试"课题内容,拟订调查提纲,广泛开展调查研究。发现一些问题,如,普通话课程不受重视、教师不合格,大学教育尤其新建本科院校教育观念存在重知识、轻技能的倾向,普通话测试中存在纪律不严明的情况,存在重英语、轻母语的观念及对母语更高境界缺乏追求等等。针对此提出一些建议:1)加强思想引导,树立正确文化观;2)加强教学改革,改变旧有观念;3)加强教师自身建设,提高教学实力和魅力;4)强化普通话测试考场纪律。

Around the subject of mandarin training and test in newly-established colleges and universities, the outline was drawn up and the investigation was carried out extensively by ways of questionnaire and symposium. And some problems were discovered. Mandarin programs are not taken seriously. Teachers are not qualified. College education, especially the newly-established colleges and universities, still stresses on imparting knowledge more than training ability. Discipline in mandarin test is not strict. English is emphasized while native language is relatively neglected, and people don＇t have any higher pursuit in native language study. Based on the problems mentioned, suggestions are proposed as following： strengthening ideological guide to set up correct cultural outlook; reinforcing teaching reform to change traditional beliefs; enhancing teachers＇ learning to improve teaching strength and charm; enforcing the discipline in mandarin exams.
