中亚经贸交往与跨境人民币业务发展问题研究

The Research on the Central Asian Economic and Trade Exchanges and Cross-border RMB Business Development

近年来,随着新疆对外开放和经济发展不断加快,以及中亚五国经济的持续稳定复苏,新疆与中亚五国的区域经济联系紧密,贸易额稳步扩大,为跨境人民币业务发展创造了良好的基础。自2010年6月新疆作为第二批跨境贸易人民币结算试点省区以来,跨境贸易人民币业务稳步推进,业务范围和区域不断扩大。但在业务开展初期,还存在人民币认知度较低、银企积极性不高、相关政策支持不足等实际困难。本文通过对新疆与中亚经贸发展中人民币跨境使用问题研究,提出推动跨境贸易人民币业务发展的措施建议。

In recent years, with the opening up and rapid economic development in Xinjiang, and a steady economic recovery in five central Asian countries, the regional economic relation between Xinjiang and five central Asian countries has been closer, and trade gross has steadily grew, which creates a good foundation for the development of cross-border RMB business. Since June of 2010 as the second pilot RMB settlement of cross-border trade in Xinjiang province, cross-border trade RMB business has developed steadily, business scale and area have been expanded. But in the early stage, there exist difficulties such as the lack of knowledge of RMB, low enthusiasm of banks and enterprises, and insufficient policy support. The paper studies the issues on the usage of RMB during the economic and trade development between Xinjiang and central Asian countries, and puts forward measures to promote the development of RMB business in cross-border trade.
