惠农富民金融创新的探索与实践——陕西省安康市农信社实施支农“三大工程”实践初探

The Exploration and Practices on Financial Innovations of Benefiting Agriculture and Farmers ——The Initial Exploration on the Support of "Three Projects" to Agriculture Implemented by Ankang Municipal Rural Credit Cooperatives in Shaanxi Province

近年来安康市农村信用社紧紧围绕"生态安康、富裕安康、人文安康、和谐安康"的建设总体规划,着力改善金融服务水平,积极探索推进惠农富民金融创新工程,竭力打造城乡群众身边的贴心银行和服务县域经济的主力银行,有力地推动了地方经济的飞速发展,本文系统总结了其中的经验做法,以期为金融惠农富民提供有益借鉴。

In recent years, closely centered around the overall construction planning of ＂ecological Ankang, wealthy Ankang, human Ankang, and harmonious Ankang＂, Ankang municipal rural credit cooperatives strive to improve the level of fmancial service, actively explore and promote financial innovations which will benefit agriculture and farmers, make great efforts to build the key banks to serve people and county-level economy, and push the rapid development of the local economy. The paper summarizes the experience so as to provide beneficial reference.
