青少年网络成瘾与教育引导初探

随着数字化时代的到来,网络正影响和改变着人们的思维和生活方式。越来越多的青少年开始"触网",互联网在成为青少年学习、生活帮手的同时,也对青少年身心健康产生着不可忽视的影响。本文遵循提出问题———分析问题———解决问题的思路,分析青少年网络成瘾类型及形成原理,利用网络道德教育引导,发挥家长、学校、社会各层面的有利措施,使互联网普及时代的青少年向绿色上网、健康上网的方向发展,让他们远离网络毒品带来的危害,健康快乐地成长。

As the digital time is incoming, the internet begins to changing people＇s think pattern and the way of life accordingly. More and more teenagers starting the ＂internet-touch＂. At the same time the internet helps teenagers＇ in their life and studies,it has an un-ignorant affections both on their health of physical and metal aspects too. How to make sure that they has a proper way to use the internet for it can be a scholarly men- tors and beneficial friends to assist teenagers on studying and recognizing the world？ The article follows the think route of ＂＇pop up questions--analyze questions--solve questions＂, analysis the types and the formation principle of the obsession in internet of teenagers, and, make use of the moral education,take advantage of the measures of parents,schools and every layers in society. Leading teenagers to progress toward the ＂Green-internet＂ and ＂Pos- itive-internet＂, make them stay away from the harm of internet-drug,and grow up healthfully.
