生脉散调节大鼠慢性肝衰竭内毒素血症的机理研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨生脉散调节慢性肝衰竭大鼠内毒素血症的作用机理。方法:CCL4腹腔注射法建立大鼠慢性肝衰竭模型,在此基础上以LPS攻击以建立慢性肝衰竭内毒素血症模型,用生脉散治疗并与对照组比较。取造模后2h时间点,检测大鼠血清LPS(内毒素)与细胞因子如TNF-a,IL-6,ICAM-1水平。结果:2h后生脉散可减低慢性肝衰竭内毒素血症大鼠血清LPS、TNFα、IL-6,ICAM-1水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:慢性肝衰竭状态下,可存在不同程度的内毒素血症,并引起细胞因子水平变化,生脉散通过调节内毒素及细胞因子水平是其起到治疗作用的重要原因。 Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Shengmai powder in regulating rat endoxemia from chronic hepatic failure.Methods:Chronic hepatic failure rat model was established by CCl4 intraperitoneal injection method.Based on that,LPS was given to establish chronic hepatic failure endoxemia.The effect of Shenmai powder was investigated by comparing with the control group.The contents of LPS and cytokines including TNF-α,IL-6,ICAM-1 in serum were detected 2h after the model was established.Results:Shengmai powder decreased the contents of LPS and cytokines including TNF-α,IL-6,ICAM-1 in serum significantly (P〈0.001).Conclusion:Shengmai powder could significantly regulate the contents of LPS and cytokines in rats with chronic hepatic failure endoxemia.
