中西医结合规范化治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating cerebral arterial thrombosis in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效及临床分析。方法:2010年7月～2012年7月期间,我院诊治的90例缺血性脑卒中患者,随机将其分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和观察组(对照组基础上,加用血府逐瘀汤),每组各45例,治疗4周,对两组的临床疗效和不良反应,进行观察和比较。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的总有效率明显升高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,治疗期间没有明显的不良反应。结论:对于缺血性脑卒中患者,中西医结合治疗疗效显著,显著改善患者的预后质量,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine on treating cerebral arterial thrombosis.Methods：90 patients collected from July 2010 to July 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine modern medicine,while the treated group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more.The clinical efficacy and side effects in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results：The total effective rate in the treated group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）.There were no side effects during the treatment.Conclusion：The integrative medicine had obvious clinical efficacy on treating cerebral arterial thrombosis,worth a wide clinical application.
