指掐人中穴对癫痫发作脑电图的影响

The effect of pinching Renzhong point on epilepsy electroencephalogram

目的:通过对癫痫病人临床发作时指掐其人中穴引起的脑电图改变与癫痫病人临床发作时脑电图检查相对比,探讨指掐人中穴对癫痫病人临床发作时的治疗作用和引起的脑电图改变。方法:选取自2011年2月～2012年6月在我院脑电图检查中由过度换气诱发试验诱发的癫痫临床发作患者76例。对其发作前,发作时,指掐人中穴后脑电图癫痫波改变和癫痫临床过程进行观察比较。结果:观察组39例,指掐人中穴后脑电图癫痫样波明显改变22例,有改变16例,无改变1例。对照组癫痫病人发作后癫痫样波明显改变7例,有改变13例,无改变17例。两组观察比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。表明指掐人中穴可使癫痫发作时的脑电图异常波减少和(或)消失。结论:指掐人中穴可使癫痫发作病人脑电图癫痫样波波幅降低,频率减少,同时使病人癫痫发作时间缩短或发作中止,症状减轻。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutical effect of pinching Renzhong point on epilepsy and effect on electroencephalogram variation.Methods：76 cases of epilepsy evoked by overventilation under electroencephalogram inspection from February 2011 to June 2012 were selected.The electroencephalogram variations before and after epilepsy paroxysm were detected.Results：Of all the 39 cases in the treated group,which was pinched on Renzhong point,22 cases had significant variation on electroencephalogram,16 cases had variation,and 1 case had none variation.On the other hand,7 cases in the control group verified significantly,13 cases verified,and 17 cases didn＇t verify.There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pinching Renzhong point could effectively lower the amplitude of electroencephalogram,diminishe its frequency and shorten even stop the breakout of epilepsy.
