摘要
目的:探讨中风后尿失禁的临床特点及运用中医药三联疗法的临床治疗效果。方法:通过对34例中风后并发尿失禁患者的临床表现及临床治疗进展情况进行经验总结。结果:34例中风后尿失禁患者中治愈25例,好转者7例,无效2例,总有效率94.11%。结论:中风后尿失禁患者早期运用中医药三联疗法进行治疗,能够取得较为满意的疗效。
Objective：To investigate the clinical characters of post-apoplectic uroclepsia and clinical effect of TCM triple therapy.Methods：The clinical effects and the treatment developments of 34 patients with post-apoplectic uroclepsia were summarized.Results：Of the 34 patients,25 were cured,7 were improved,2 were ineffective,with the total effective rate 94.11%.Conclusion：Application the TCM triple therapy on the post-apoplectic uroclepsia patients could achieved notable effects.
