摘要
胃食管反流病属中医"吐酸"、"嘈杂"、"噎膈"、"胃痛"、"胸痹"等范畴,高体三教授应用其经验方柴胡桂枝鳖甲龙骨牡蛎汤治疗本病经大量临床验证效果显著。本文从高体三教授对胃食管反流病病因病机的认识、立方思路及加减法角度介绍其治疗本病的经验,并附有典型案例。
Professor GAO Ti-san has affluent experience of applying Chaihu Guizhi Biejia Longgu Muli decotion on treating gastroesophageal reflux disease.In this paper,his recognitions,cubic thinking and modified principle on treating this disease was introduced,with typical cases illustrated.
