浅谈上消化道出血抢救观察与护理

Discussion on the rescue and nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨上消化道出血的抢救观察和护理体会措施,以提高疗效及护理质量。方法:回顾分析13例上消化道出血病人的临床救治、观察要点,护理方法及效果,并对采取的综合护理措施进行总结分析。结果:经过精心的治疗与护理,在临床上均能取得很好的治愈效果,降低死亡率,达到康复的目的。结论:上消化道出血是临床常见急症,但在整个治疗过程中,临床护理观察是临床诊断治疗的科学根据。

Objective：To explore and summarize the rescue observe and nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,in purpose to improve efficacy and the quality of care.Methods：To review and analyze clinical treatment,observation points,caring and effect of 13 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients.Results：Because of careful treatment and caring,good clinical healing effect was obtained.The mortality rate reduced.To achieve the purpose of rehabilitation.Conclusion：Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is a common acute disease,but clinical caring observation is the scientific basis of clinical diagnosis and treatment during the course of treatment.
