老年胆石症患者手术治疗体会及分析

Experience and analysis on treating senile cholelithiasis with operation

目的:探讨老年胆石症患者的临床特点、应对措施,手术治疗时机与术式、并发症及围手术期处理。方法:总结并分析126例老年胆石症患者的临床特点、应对措施、手术治疗、并发症及围手术期处理。其中单纯胆囊切除92例;胆囊切除加用胆总管切开取石"T"管引流术28例;胆总管十二指肠吻合术4例,胆囊造瘘术2例。结果:术后治愈113例(89.7%),12例好转(9.5%),1例死亡(0.8%)。结论:老年胆石症患者手术治疗应应明确诊断,正确应对,加强围手术期处理,选择适当的手术时机和方式,提高治愈率,减少并发症。

Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapy measures of senile cholelithiasis,as well as its operation time,complications and treatments in the perioperative period.Methods：The clinical characteristics,therapy measures,operation therapy,complications and treatments in the perioperative period of 126 patients with senile cholelithiasis were summarized and analyzed.Among them,92 patients were removed cholecyst,28 were given choledochus calculus removed T tube drainage more,4 patients were given choledochoduodenostomy,and 2 patients were given cholecyst fistulization.Results：113 cases were cured,12 cases became better,1 cases was died.Conclusion：In the operation of senile cholelithiasis,clear diagnosis should be done,treatments in the perioperative period should be enhanced,and proper operation time should be chosen to increase the recovery rate and reduce the complications.
