Discussion on Grading Management

场地平整是项目开工前的首要工作,本文简述了场地平整的重要性,主要从场地平整的设计及施工管理方面,提出了加强现场安全管理、提高场平质量、加快场平进度及降低场平投资的具体措施,重点针对投资控制、质量控制进行了论述,为以后提高项目场地平整管理水平提供了参考。

Grading is the primary work before start of the project. This paper discussed the importance of grading, and put forward some suggestions on strengthening the safety civilization management to scene and improve the quality of field flat, speed up the progress and reduce investment mainly from grading design and construction management, focusing on discussed the quality control and investment control and provides reference for improve the project grading management level in the future.
