超长距离含水顶板巷道快速掘进一次成巷技术研究

摘要 针对鸳鸯湖矿区梅花井煤矿,超长距离回采巷道顶板含水条件下巷道快速掘进问题,通过对112201工作面顺槽正规循环作业各工序及其作业时间,进行统计和分析,得出了制约快速掘进的因素。据此提出了适合该条件下,巷道快速掘进一次成巷技术。主要包括采用半圆拱形巷道断面,及其巷道地坪、水沟、喷浆、调车硐室、钻机硐室、水仓等配套工程,都及时紧跟工作面,后续尾工少,掘进工作面系统工作效率得到显著提高,使得同类条件下巷道掘进速度,由原来的300m/月提高到500m/月,整体掘进速度加快。 For the problems roadway quick drivage under the condition of over length distance mining roadway water roof in Meihuajin mine of Yuanyanghu mining area, This text statistics and analysis of each process of 112201 working face crossheading normal circulation and its operation time and get the restricting factors of quick drivage, and put forward the technique for quick drivage and one-time finish drivage suitable the conditions. Mainly includes use section semi-circular arched tunnel, and the tunnel floor, ditch, shotcrete, supporting shunting chamber, drilling chamber, water storage and other ancillary works all timely follow the working face, the subsequent finishing less, work efficiency of excavation working face has been significantly improved, making the roadway excavation rate is increased from the original 300m/month to 500m/month under similar conditions, the whole driving speed up.
