摘要
通过对北端帮运输系统的优化,新的方案既能保证北段帮运输平盘高程距煤顶板高度在45m以内,也实现了在一定时期内缩短内排的运距和减小提升高度。根据计算结果,▽1085以下优化方案边坡角为40毅,稳定系数为1.19,优化方案可保证边坡的稳定性。同时优化方案的实施,可节约生产成本达3102万元,取得了良好的经济效益。
By optimization of the Beiduanbang transport system, the new scheme not guarantee for Beiduanbang transportation flat pan height elevation from coal roof height within 45m, but shorten the inboard haul distance and decrease the lifting height in a certain period. Base on the calculation results, optimization scheme slope angle is 40 °of below the 1085 level and the stability coefficient is 1.19, so the optimization scheme can guarantee the stability of the slope. Meanwhile, implementation of optimization scheme will save production cost add up to 31020000 yuan, also achieve good economic benefit.
