摘要 磨辊轴承室进粉导致轴承损坏和磨煤机振动,针对HP型磨煤机磨辊轴承室进粉原因进行分析,通过新骨架油封的使用、检修工艺的保证及对设备的优化改进,找到磨辊轴承室进粉的预防措施,确保了磨煤机的稳定运行,降低了磨煤机日常维护工作量,对HP型磨煤机维护具有较好的借鉴意义。 Coal dust entering into grinding roller bearing room leads to bearing failure and coal mill vibrating. This paper analyzes the reason why it happened and finds the preventive measures though the use of new skeleton oil seal, guarantee of overhaul technology and optimizing improvement of equipment. It ensures the stabile operation of coal mill and lowers its daily maintenance. And this paper services preferable reference for HP type coal mill.
