摘要
带式输送机是煤矿一种常用的高效连续带式输送机设备,然而在煤矿实际的开采过程中,由于开采的不均衡性,带式输送机的运量不能保持稳定。目前,大多数带式输送机在启动后,会以额定的速度运行,由于运量经常不足,带式输送机也经常处于"大马拉小车"的状态,这就会造成电能的严重浪费,因此对带式输送机进行节能分析及控制是值得深入研究的课题。本文首先应用RBF神经网络建立起带式输送机的节能模型,然后运用模糊智能控制方法,根据不同的煤流量,去选择合理的带速,实现带式输送机的节能控制。
Ribbon conveyer is a kind of efficient and continuous common ribbon conveyer equipment in coal mine, however, the volume of ribbon conveyer can not hold steady for malconformation of exploration in the process of mining. At present, most ribbon conveyer would be in motion in a rated speed after enablement, but it always in"a strong horse hauls a small car"state for insufficient volume which leads to serious waste of electric energy. Therefore, it is worth to go into the study of power saving analysis control on ribbon conveyer. This paper discusses the power saving pattern on ribbon conveyer with the help of RBF neural network, and realizes its energy conservation applying vague intelligent control methods to select rational tape speed on the basis of different coal throughput.
