摘要
为推进教学训练模式改革转型，加快建设战略投送能力支撑性院校步伐，在总结近年来学院转型建设取得阶段性成果的基础上，就如何准确把握建设战略投送能力支撑性院校的筹划指导进一步作了阐述，并明确了今后一个时期学院教学训练模式转型改革的内容与工作重点，以及扎实落实教育训练改革的措施要求。
In order to pushing forward teaching training transformation, speeding up strategic projection capability supporting academies construction, this paper elaborates the developing plan to grasp the construction of strategic projection supporting academies, defines its reforming contents and key point in the next stage, gives out some countermeasures to implement education training reform.
