产学研战略合作联盟布局构想研究

Research on Industry-University-Academy Alliance Strategic Cooperation Scheme

为适应新时期学院转型建设要求，全面深入推进学院产学研合作，加快军民融合式发展步伐，调查总结了产学研对国内外大学转型发展的影响，阐述了产学研对学院转型发展产生的作用。根据学院现有产学研合作基础条件和未来建设规划，对学院中长期产学研战略合作联盟进行了“三区三业三链”规划布局，分析了学院近期、中期、长期的产学研合作重点及实施步骤，并提出了规划实施的基本措施。

In order to meet to the new need of college transformation and to drive deeply and comprehensively the coopera- tion of industry-university-academy, as well as to quicken up the army-civil development, the investigation of Industry-University-Academy cooperation home and aboard and its effect on the college transformation are stated. On the basis of analysis of the current condition and future plan of college, the＂three districts-three domains-three chains＇scheme of industryuniversity-academy alliance strategic cooperation is firstly studied. Then the cooperation emphases and their steps are discussed. The corresponding measures are given.
