关于改革装备保障专业课程组训方式的思考

Research on Improving Training Organization Manner of Equipment Support Specialty Courses

信息化条件下军事斗争和我军转型建设，给装备保障专业课程的建设和教学提出了新的挑战，要求专业课程必须适应新的形势要求，改革和创新组训方式，培养大批高素质军事人才，为“能打仗、打胜仗”提供智力支持和技术保障。结合装备保障专业主干课程建设，初步研究探讨了改革专业课程组训方式的总体策略和改革措施。

Military warfare under the informationization environment and transformation of PLA take challenge to equipment support specialty courses and teaching. The courses should be adapted to new situation, improve the manner of training organization, foster high performance military talents, and provide intellect and technical support for ＂Ready to fight and win the war＂. Aiming at the primary courses development, this paper explores the policy and methods of improving the manner of training organizing for specialty courses.
