认真贯彻基本国策全面加强国土资源管理工作

Carry through Basic National Policy Seriously and Strengthen Land and Resources Management overall

为全面加强对土地资源、矿产资源等自然资源的规划、管理、保护与合理开发利用 ,做好山东省的国土资源管理工作 ,促进全省经济社会持续稳定、健康发展 ,必须认真贯彻党中央关于国土资源管理的基本国策。提出了全省国土资源系统应坚持的基本原则和要达到的主要目标 ,强调了应着力抓好的几项工作。

In order to strengthen planning, management, reasonable expliotation and utilization of land and mineral resources overall, to make land and resources management well in Shandong province, to promote development of economy and society of Shandong in a sustainable, steady and healthy way, basic national policy of land and resources management enacted by central committee of CCP party should be carried through completely. The basic principles on which should be persisted at and main goals reached by land and resources departments at different levels in Shandong have been put forward in this paper, and several works which should be paied more attention arranged as well.
