China's mineral resource sustainable development

文章指出了矿产资源在中国经济社会发展中的地位和作用 ;论述了中国矿产资源存在的种种困境对中国经济发展的限制 ;分析了造成上述困境的原因是理论的误区和实践的盲动 ,给中国矿产资源的开发及利用带来了危机 ;明确了为确保中国矿产资源的可持续发展 ,我们应该作到 :转变观念 ,依靠科技 ,政府协调 。

In this paper, the position and effect of mineral resources to China's social economic development are pointed out; and difficult positions of mineral resources for China's economic development are discussed. The reason mentioned above is that the guiding thinking is incorrect, with blind practice resulting in the current crisis of China's mineral resource development and utilization . For guaranteeing China's mineral resource sustainable development, we should do that; changing ideas, depending on science and technology, coordinating by government departments and exerting by the whole people.
