摘要
人工神经网络通过神经元之间的相互作用来完成整个网络的信息处理，具有自学习和自适应等一系列优点，因而用它来进行海洋预报是可行的。针对海洋预报问题，初步建立了基于神经网络的预报分析系统，给出了应用实例。
The artificial neural network can complete the news treatment of the whole networkby means of a mutual function between the neural units, and has a lot of merits of selflearning, self-adjusting and such like. Therefore it is feasible that marine forecast iscompleted by the neural network. The forecast system based on the neural network isinitially set up and the applied example is put fotward in the light of the problemof marine forecast.
