中学生应试心理与睡眠质量的关系研究

摘要 目的调查562中学生应试心理及睡眠状况,探讨应试心理状况与睡眠质量的关系。方法随机抽取十堰地区562名中学生,用3种调查问卷(自信心量表SES、Sarason考试焦虑量表TAS和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表PSQI)调查了解其应试心理及睡眠状况。结果 562名学生13.7%存在睡眠质量问题;其SES、TAS和PSQI评分分别为(21.7±5.1)分、(17.8±7.0)分和(5.77±2.18)分;自信程度与睡眠质量呈负相关,其Pearson相关系数为0.37,考试焦虑状况与睡眠质量呈正相关,其Pearson相关系数为0.34(P<0.01)。结论中学生考试心理问题严重,睡眠质量差,应积极开展考前心理辅导。 Objective To investigate the psychological status during test and sleep quality of 562 middle school students, and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods Five hundred and sixty-two middle school students in Shiyan city were selected randomly to investigate their psychological status during test and sleep quality by 3 questionnaires: SES, TAS and PSQI. Results 13.7% of the students were found to have a sleep problem. The SES, TAS and PSQI score of 562 students are (21.74±5. 1), (17.84±7.0) and (5.774±2.18), respectively. There is a negative relation between sleep quality and self-confidence level with a Pearson contingency coefficient of 0.37, and a positive relation between sleep quality and anxiety status during test with a Pearson contingency coefficient of 0.34 (P〈0.01). Conclusion The psychological problem during test and terrible sleep quality of middle school students is completely serious, so it is necessary to promote a psychological education before test.
