当今社会,我国边疆正面临全球化、媒介社会、风险社会、公民社会和中国崛起等多维理论及时代背景的综合影响,由之构成了我国边疆问题对外传播的"地球环境""媒介环境""社会环境""公众环境"和"国家背景"等深层次变化,这种变化不仅强化了我们对边疆问题的深入理解,也影响了我国边疆问题对外传播的外部环境要素。

This paper discusses the importance of the frontier problem＇s external communication of China.It points out that Globalization,Media Society,Risk Society,Civil Society,and Peaceful rise of China are the macroscopic environments of the frontier problem＇s external communication.They constitute the ＂earth＇s environment＂,＂medium environment＂,＂social environment＂,＂civil environment＂ and ＂national background＂ of frontier problem＇s external communication.The paper analyzes the four big environment factors＇ influence in the frontier and frontier problem＇s external communication.
