陇南白马藏族难题故事是以"解难题"为核心的故事,藉此表现白马藏族的聪明才智和征服自然、战胜自我的决心以及谋求自身幸福和实现美好愿望。其主要有巧女解题、长辈虐待、异类(穷汉)娶妻等母题类型,它们艺术地隐喻了白马藏族广大民众善恶相报的道德诉求和崇尚诚信的伦理考量,并折射出了他们朴素的社会正义感及其所倡导的道德自律精神。

Solving puzzle stories is the main stories in the Baima Tibetans in Longnan area, of which to express their talents and abilities to live a better life, the stories such as solving problems by talented women, not respecting the elders, the poor marriage stories etc. These stories expressed Baima Tibetans seeking of morality and loyalty in their daily life. The stories also expressed their senses of social justice and the spirit of self-discipline.
