毛细管气相色谱法测定复方醋酸氟轻松酊中乙醇的含量

Determination of Ethanol in Compound Fluocinonide tincture by capillary gas chromatography

目的建立以正丙醇为内标物,测定复方醋酸氟轻松酊中乙醇含量的毛细管柱色谱法。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为Rtx-50毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm),FID检测器,内标法测定复方醋酸氟轻松酊的乙醇量。结果乙醇和正丙醇达到了良好的分离效果。乙醇量在0.01～0.10mL.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.06%(RSD=1.25%)。结论毛细管气相色谱法可用于复方醋酸氟轻松酊中乙醇量的测定,该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,对色谱系统影响少。

OBJECTIVE To establish a gas chromatography（GC） method with propanol as internal standard for the determination of ethanol in Compound Fluocinonide tincture.METHODS Capillary GC was adopted for determining the ethanol in Compound Fluocinonide tincture with the Rtx-50 capillary column（30m×0.25 mm,0.25μm）,FID and propanol as the internal standard.RESULTS Ethanol and propanol were separated well under chromatographic conditions.The determination of the ethanol in the range of 0.01~0.10mL·mL-1 showed a good linear relationship（r=0.9997）.The average recovery of ethanol was 98.06%（RSD=1.25%）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and it has good repeatability for controlling the quality of ethanol in Compound Fluocinonide tincture.
