摘要
目的:检测不同剂量X-射线对雄性大鼠精子顶体酶的影响,以探讨体外X-射线对大鼠精子顶体酶活性的影响。方法:将10周龄成熟雄性大鼠40只,随机分为4组:2Gy、4Gy、6Gy照射组和0Gy对照组;每组10只。按不同剂量照射,1h后处死大鼠,以改良的Kennedy法分别测定不同剂量X射线作用下的精子顶体酶活性。结果:2Gy、4Gy、6Gy照射组与0Gy对照组相比顶体酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),照射组酶活性较0Gy对照组有显著降低;4Gy、6Gy照射组与2Gy照射组相比较顶体酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);而4Gy照射组与6Gy照射组相比较则无统计学意义。结论:X-射线对大鼠精子顶体酶有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To detect the effect of different doses of X-ray on acrosomal enzyme activities of spermatozoa of male rats in order to explore the effect of X-ray exposure on acrosomal enzyme activities of spermatozoa in vitro. Methods d0 male SD-rats of 10 weeks were randomly divided into 4 guoups: X-ray irradianted groups:including 2Gy, 4Gy, 6Gy and 0Gy control group. All rats were irradiated and killed after lh. The acrosomal enzyme activities were measured by the improved Kennedy method. Results Com- pared with 0Gy control group, the sperm acresomal enzyme activity in 2Gy, 4Gy and 6Gy groups treated with high doses of X-ray de- creased significantly (P 〈0.05). Compared with 2Gy irradiated group, the sperm acrosomal enzyme activity in 4Gy and 6Gy groups treated with high doses of X-ray decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ) ; the sperm acrosomal enzyme activity in 4Gy and 6Gy irradiated groups showed nostatistical significance. Conclusion X-ray has obvious dose-dependent inhibitive effects on the acrosomal enzyme activity of spermatozoa of male rats.
