消化性溃疡患者血清IL-2、IL-6和TGF-β_1检测的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Changes on Serum IL-2,IL-6 and TGF-β_1 Levels in Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的:探讨消化性溃疡患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析对56例消化性溃疡患者进行了治疗前后血清IL-2、IL-6和TGF-β1检测,并与48例正常对照组作比较。结果:消化性溃疡患者在治疗前血清IL-2水平显著地低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而血清IL-6、TGF-β1水平又显著地高于正常对照组(P<0.01),经治疗2个月后则与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测消化性溃疡患者血清IL-2、IL-6和TGF-β1水平的变化对探讨其发病机制、预防和指导用药具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the changes in the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6 and TGF-β1 of patients with peptic ulcer both before and after the treatment as well as clinical significance. Methods Adopting RIA （radioimmunoassay） to determine the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6 and TGF-β1 of 56 patients with peptic ulcer before and after the treatment as well as comparing the data with 48 healthy controls. Results The level of serum IL-2 of patients with peptic ulcer was significantly lower than that of healthy control group before treatment （P 〈0.01 ）, while the levels of serum IL-6 and TGF-β1 were obviously higher （P 〈0.01 ）. However, after two months treatment, there was no significant differences between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Determining the changes in the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6 and TGF-β1 of patients with peptic ulcer possess significant clinical value in investigating the pathogenesis, preventing and guiding effects of medication.
