虎源大肠杆菌耐药性的检测与分析 被引量:11

摘要 对黑龙江省哈尔滨市东北虎林园虎源大肠杆菌进行分离培养,开展大肠杆菌耐药性调查。采用纸片扩散法测定各分离菌株对14种抗生素的敏感性,结果表明:虎源大肠杆菌各分离株对各抗生素的敏感性不同。对氨苄西林高度耐药,耐药率为100%;对四环素、复方新诺明的耐药率也均在80%以上;对氨曲南、阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾敏感率为70%以上。 In order to investigate the multi-drug resistance to Escherichia coli from captive population Amur tiger,Escherichia coli was isolated from the fecal samples of tiger in Heilongjiang Amur Tiger Park in Harbin.The sensitivity of Escherichia coli isolates to 14 antibiotics was determined by scrip diffusion method.The results of antibiotics sensitivity test indicated that all the isolates had drug resistance and were resistant bacteria.The drug fast rates to Ampicillin were 100%.Most of the isolates had high sensitive to Aztreonam and Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Acid.
