摘要
为解决潘一矿选煤厂浮选入料中细泥含量高、灰分高的问题,采用浮选入料脱泥池对其进行选前脱泥。介绍了浮选入料脱泥池的结构、工作原理及特点,并对其底流量进行了优化试验。试验结果表明,脱泥池底流细泥产率与分选完善指标之间存在负相关关系,底流中细泥产率每降低一个百分点,分选完善指标就增加0.73个百分点;脱泥池入料灰分较低时,将底流流量控制在400 m3/h左右是合理的,当入料灰分在>40%时,更应该如此。
To solve the problem of high fine slime content and ash content in flotation feed in Panyi coal preparation plant,take desliming for flotation feed by desliming pond before separation.This paper briefly describes applicability of desliming flotation process,and the structure and working principle of flotation feed desliming pond.The test result shows that the fine slime yield in under flow of desliming pond has negative correlation with separation perfection index.When the fine slime content decreased 1 present,the perfection index increased 0.73 present;ash content of feed of desliming pond is lower,should limited the flow rate of under flow about 400 m3/h,especially when the ash content higher than 40%.
