姚桥原煤洗选方式与方案优化

摘要 姚桥选煤厂原采用50~8 mm粒级原煤三产品重介旋流器分选+煤泥水直接回收的联合工艺,给该厂的生产和产品储装运系统带来一系列问题,同时也影响了以主要洗选姚桥原煤的大屯选煤厂生产系统和产品质量。为此,该厂研究、设计了姚桥选煤厂不分级洗选、增加煤泥浮选的工艺。 The raw coal separation process original used in Yaoqiao coal preparation is that the 50-8mm size fraction washed by three product dense medium cyclone and the coal slurry directly recovered,which separation process not only bring a series of problems in the plant such as in the production,product storing,loading and transporting system,but also influenced the production and product quality in Datun coal preparation plant,because the feed coal washed in this plant is mainly taken from Yaoqiao coal preparation plant.To solve the problems,on the basis of practice,researched and designed the feed separated without sizing and added slim flotation process for Yaoqiao coal preparation plant.
