摘要
为解决邢台矿选煤厂FCMC旋流微泡浮选柱液位波动较大、控制精度低、调整不及时的问题,设计了一套泡沫层厚度自动控制系统。该系统上位机采用研华工控机,触摸屏选用西门子SMART1000,控制器为西门子S7-200PLC,传感器为超声波液位计,执行机构为电控液动推杆。通过合理设计,该厂浮选柱泡沫层厚度实现了闭环控制,液位稳定性得到了提高,保证了产品数质量指标。
To solve the problems of FCMC cyclone-micro froth flotation column liquid level fluctuations,low control accuracy,not timely adjustment existed in Xingtai coal preparation plant,designed the automatic control system of froth layer thickness.The host computer of the system selected Advantech IPC,touch screen selected Siemens SMART1000,controller for Siemens S7-200PLC,sensor for ultrasonic level meter,the actuator is an electric hydraulic push rod.Through reasonable design,flotation column froth layer thickness realized closed-loop control,thus improved the stability of flotation column liquid level,ensured product quality and quantity index.
