RBF Neural Network Application in College Scholarships Assessment

对目前高校奖学金评定的现状及存在问题进行分析,对高校学生奖学金的评定,建立RBF神经网络模型,利用测试样本进行仿真测试,结果表明,该方法比传统方法更加全面、公平、公正,具有较高的参考价值及实用性。

The present universities scholarship evaluation of the present situation of and existing problems were analyzed,and the evaluation of college students scholarship,the establishment of RBF neural network model,the use of test sample simulation testing,the results show that this method is better than the traditional method is more comprehensive,fairness,justice,has higher reference value and practical.
