摘要
针对某矿首采11011工作面,根据突水系数评价方法,它的实际突水系数0.28,远大于临界突水系数0.06~0.10,应为高水压工作面,突水危险性大。为保证安全开采,研发了单体液压支柱连锁防倒装置及新型工字铜连接装置,并使巷道采用可缩高强闭合支护及实施防淹井措施形成了系统的高水压工作面防治水保障技术措施,成功实现矿井安全高效生产。
According to water bursting coefficient evaluation method, the real coefficient of the No.11011 first mining face is 0.28, which is larger than the critical value (0.06-0.10). Therefore, it is high pressure working face at risk of water inrush. To ensure safe mining, individual hydraulic porp interlocking collapse prevention device and a new I-shaped joint were developed. Besides, contractible high-strength closing support and flooding control method were combined to construct the water control technology for the high pressure working face, which achieved safety and efficiency production in the mine.
