摘要
本文从工艺角度出发,深入剖析了影响离子膜电解槽电流效率的主要因素:盐水中杂质、阴、阳极液浓度、电解液温度、阳极液加酸量、电流密度、膜压差、电解液流量、膜的保存和安装、离子交换膜的交换容量以及开、停车次数,得出良好的工艺条件是提高电流效率,延长离子膜寿命的必要条件。
From a process point of view, we analyse deeply the main factors that affect current efficiency of ion - exchange mem-brane electrolyzer: impurity in brine, the concentration of anolyte, the concentration of cathode solution, operating temperature of elec-trolyte, PH of anolyte, current density, differential pressure of membrane, electrolyte flow, preservation and installation of film, the switching capacity of the ion exchange membrane and times of the opening and shutting. Good condition is necessary to improve current efficiency and extend the ion-exchange membrane life.
