摘要
本文介绍国内首套S209FA燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组自投运以来碰到的运行问题及采取的技术措施,包括缩短联合循环机组启动时间、控制汽轮机启动时转子的应力、并汽解炉运行技术等。通过优化运行摸索出了适合"二拖一"机组特性的运行方式,供同类机组参考。
Based on the domestic first S209FA ＂two on one＂ gas-steam combined cycle unit, this article introduced the real operation problem and its solving process, including shorten combined cycle unit start time, control the start stress of rotor, steam combination and decomposition furnace. Through the unit operation optimization, the special operation mode for ＂two on one＂ unit was found out.
