摘要
针对水工结构中不规则截面的配筋设计问题,研究了水工结构配筋设计的独有特点,提出了基于CATIA的三维配筋设计方案。渐变段配筋、TBM管片衬砌配筋及闸墩预应力锚索布置的应用实例表明,三维配筋将显著缩短绘图周期,大大减少在制图工作上的人力投入,提高图纸质量,帮助工程师更充分地实现想法,真正实现结构配筋的三维自动化。
For problems of the reinforcement design on irregular cross-section in hydraulic structures, this paper studied the unique characteristics of that, and proposed the 3-D reinforcement design based on CATIA. The reinforcement of transitive sections, TBM segmental lining and pres-tressed anchor cable layout in gate pier proved that 3 - D reinforcement technology can obviously short the drawing cycle, reduce the human input and improve drawing quality. Also, 3 - D reinforcement technology can help engineers fully achieve their ideas, and bring structural reinforcement into 3D automation times.
